The following Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”) govern the relationship between villabardini.it and anyone who interacts with it. Use of or access to villabardini.it constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Villabardini.it reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and all referenced documents at any time. This may occur in response to legislative or regulatory changes affecting the provision of Services or to introduce additional security measures for the Content posted by users or, in general, for the Services themselves. Continued use of villabardini.it following changes to our Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Sharing Content and Information

Termination

Users can delete their account at any time using the appropriate functionality.

Dispute Resolution

Any claim, substantive right, or dispute between villabardini.it and the user arising from these Terms or the use of the network will be resolved in the competent courts. These Terms, as well as any dispute that may arise between the two parties, are governed by the laws of the Italian State, irrespective of conflicts in legal provisions. The user agrees to submit to Italian jurisdiction in the case of disputes related to such disputes.

The Bardini Peyron Foundation is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of villabardini.it.

While ensuring maximum effort in keeping villabardini.it active, error-free, and secure, the user nonetheless agrees to use it at their own risk. villabardini.it is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, and therefore, the Bardini Peyron Foundation is released from any claims or damages, known or unknown, arising from its use, and is not in any way connected with any complaints directed against said third parties.

Definitions

The term “villabardini.it” refers to a set of functions and services available to users, through the website www.villabardini.it; other media, software (such as toolbars), devices, or networks existing or future.

All rights and obligations specified in these Terms may be freely assigned by the Foundation in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or through a legal operation or other transaction.

These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to the user.

Users commit to comply with all applicable laws whenever they use or access villabardini.it.

In the event of changes in the ownership of the villabardini.it platform, the Bardini Peyron Foundation may transfer information to the new owner so that the service can continue to operate. The new owner will still be obliged to honor the commitments made in this Data Use Policy.

Applicable Law

The use of villabardini.it must comply with Italian law, and any dispute will be decided according to Italian law.
